MONTHLY GATHERINGS
We gather on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 1 pm. Each gathering centers around a powerful teaching, practical workshop, presence-driven worship, and round table discussion designed to disciple and challenge in the five essential domains of our lives.
MONTHLY POD GROUPS
You will be connected with a hand-selected group of 8-12 men or women we call a “POD” that you will meet with monthly. Dive deeper into guided conversations with other entrepreneurs who understand what you’re walking through and have gone ahead. The Hot Seat is a Wellspring POD favorite that speaks life and truth into one member each month.
MONTHLY VIRTUAL MASTERCLASSES
Each month, we have a virtual Masterclass that delves into one of the 5 domains. Plus, there is a Q&A after every one! You will get lifetime access to this powerful library of training. Virtual Masterclasses- 4th Wednesday of the month at 1 pm.
THE FIVE DOMAIN CHALLENGES
Over the course of the year, we will tackle five 7-30 day challenges. Each challenge will focus on moving the needle in one of the Five Domains of the Wellspring. This purposeful action will drive massive results in your life and business.

A MESSAGE FROM PETE
As we close out 2022 and plan for 2023, Kim and I went to one of our favorite restaurants last weekend for our favorites, steak frites for her with her Cherry Coke and for me a Moscow Mule. As we sat across from each other, we didn’t talk about our business, the to-do lists or even the kids…
Instead we talked about you!
As we looked at the 2023 calendar and went through it month by month, we blocked and dreamed about the trips we would plan for the family and then we found our hearts landing on you. We are still floating from our time together in Scottsdale! We want these powerful connections more than just once or twice a year. How can we create some small intentional moments throughout the year? Of all the destinations we can visit this year, we couldn’t help but land on what’s become a very special place for us, the house in Cabo. It’s a place we have had the honor of bringing two groups of friends that are dear to our hearts and both trips left an impression on our hearts and memories that will last a lifetime.
We want to share this special place and incredible experience with you.
Kim and I would love to invite 6 COUPLES to join us in Cabo to stay in a home we have found to be an oasis and environment that leads to a beautiful and intentional time. Because we have limited space, it will be a first come, first serve basis.
I promise this is a trip you will never forget. Plus, you will go home refreshed and relaxed, but inspired to go do BIG things for the kingdom. So this is us, throwing it out and seeing if it sticks.
